To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Perfume products must be returned with the original seal intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria or are received after the 30-day return window.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at fusionfragrant@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include the RA number on the return package and ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to Fragrant Fusion using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain returns. The amount refunded will be the purchase price minus any applicable fees.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or scent, please indicate your preference when requesting the return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
